LinkedIn Dodges Data Sharing Class Action

Law360, New York (November 14, 2011, 1:59 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday dismissed a proposed class action claiming LinkedIn Corp. illegally shared its users' personally identifiable browsing histories with third-party advertisers, ruling the lead plaintiff lacked standing to bring suit.
