Home Energy Analytics Co. Says Rival Ripped Off Report

Law360, New York (November 14, 2011, 8:51 PM ET) -- Opower Inc., a company that aims to improve energy efficiency and help consumers cut down on energy bills, sued competitor Efficiency 2.0 LLC on Monday for selling analytical reports that were allegedly copied from Opower's.
