Law360, New York (November 14, 2011, 7:15 PM ET) -- British apparel company Ted Baker has signed a lease for a 12,000-square-foot flagship store on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, according to a Monday statement from Cushman & Wakefield Inc., the commercial broker that represents the landlord.
Ted Baker will occupy the basement and all five floors of the building, which sits at the corner of 48th Street and Fifth Ave., just a block from the iconic, tourist-packed Rockefeller Center. Sprint Nextel Corp. had previously occupied the ground floor.
