Aussie Court To Hear Samsung's IPhone 4S Claims In March

Law360, New York (November 15, 2011, 2:35 PM EST) -- An Australian federal court ruled Tuesday that in March it will hear a patent infringement suit brought by Samsung Electronics Co. against archrival Apple Inc. seeking to ban the Apple iPhone 4S from the Australian market.

"The case is to be fixed for hearing for three weeks on a date commencing in March 2012,” Justice Annabelle Bennett said in an order.
