'Jersey Shore' Star Puts Abercrombie In A Legal Situation

Law360, New York (November 15, 2011, 4:52 PM ET) -- Michael "The Situation" Sorrentino on Tuesday sued Abercrombie & Fitch Stores Inc. — which recently told media outlets it would pay the reality TV star to stop wearing its clothes — accusing the retailer in Florida federal court of using his image and trademarked catchphrases without permission.
