Attys Push 2nd Circ. To Resurrect KeySpan Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (November 15, 2011, 4:13 PM ET) -- Plaintiffs' lawyers urged the Second Circuit on Monday to revive a putative antitrust class action claiming KeySpan Corp. and Morgan Stanley Capital Group Inc. entered into a derivative transaction agreement that allowed the electricity provider to keep power prices artificially high.
