Law360, New York (November 16, 2011, 7:15 PM ET) -- Japanese technology company Elpida Memory Inc. asked the U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday to investigate claims that rival Nanya Technology Corp. violated patents for dynamic random access memory, just months after it filed a similar complaint in federal district court.
Elpida filed a complaint with the ITC accusing Nanya of violating Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by bringing products to the U.S. that infringe seven of Elpida's DRAM patents.
