State AGs Press FTC To Limit Four Loko's Alcohol Content

Law360, New York (November 16, 2011, 7:55 PM ET) -- Regulators in California, New York, Illinois and 33 other jurisdictions urged the Federal Trade Commission on Wednesday to place restrictions on the alcohol content of Four Loko as part of a proposed settlement over the allegedly deceptive marketing of the fruit-flavored malt beverages.
