Law360, New York (November 17, 2011, 1:00 PM ET) -- Patent-holding company Lochner Technologies LLC sued Barnes & Noble Inc. on Wednesday in Texas, claiming the book retailer’s popular Nook e-readers infringe a patent covering wireless computing technology.
In a complaint lodged in Texas federal court, Lochner is seeking a permanent injunction barring Barnes & Noble from making and selling products that allegedly contain the patented wireless computer system.
