Ex-Abbott Drug Rep Exempt From OT, Judge Says

Law360, New York (November 17, 2011, 4:18 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday threw out a putative wage class action that a former pharmaceutical representative brought against Abbott Laboratories Inc., holding that the plaintiff was exempt from state and federal overtime pay requirements.
