Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 5:37 PM ET) -- Legendary Entertainment, the film, TV and comics producer behind hit movies like "The Hangover" and "The Dark Knight," hired a former Munger Tolles & Olson LLP partner known for his dealmaking abilities as its general counsel, the company said Thursday.
Burbank, Calif.-based Legendary said it appointed J. Martin Willhite, who most recently served as a partner at Los Angeles-based Munger Tolles, to the general counsel post, a new position at the company.
