Ca. Supreme Court Won't Touch Law Firm Sex Bias Case

Law360, New York (November 17, 2011, 8:56 PM ET) -- The California Supreme Court declined to take up a sexual harassment case against an attorney and a law firm on Wednesday, leaving intact an August appellate decision that revived the case and said the trial court should have allowed the jury to hear me-too evidence from other female employees.
