Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 7:48 PM ET) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. President Gary Cohn may be questioned in depositions in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's insider trading case against former Goldman board member Rajat Gupta, defense lawyers said Friday.
Both Gupta and his co-defendant, convicted insider trader Raj Rajaratnam — who the SEC quietly sued for a second time in late October — intend to depose Cohn for their defense, lawyers for the two men said at a hearing on the timing of the SEC civil case.
