Enviros Lack Standing To Wage CWA Fight: Allegheny Unit

Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 1:48 PM ET) -- An Allegheny Energy Inc. unit asked a federal judge on Thursday to dismiss a suit filed by conservation groups over alleged arsenic discharges in West Virginia waters, contending the groups neglected to show that their members have a stake in those waters.
