KKR Takes Stake In Spanish Infrastructure Co.

Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 12:58 PM EST) -- Global private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP took another step in growing its European infrastructure portfolio, buying a 12.5 percent stake in one of Spain's leading operators of parking garages and logistics parks, the firm announced Friday.

The investment in Saba Infraestructuras creates a partnership between KKR and Saba's existing shareholder consortium, which includes savings bank Criteria CaixaHolding, private investment firm Torreal and mid-market private equity firm ProA Capital. The companies did not provide financial details of the deal.
