Taiwanese Saccharin Scheme Not Commerce's Problem: CIT

Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 5:13 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Thursday rejected a domestic saccharin producer's attempt to force the U.S. Department of Commerce to review allegations that a group of Taiwanese companies is repackaging Chinese sweetener to indicate Taiwanese origin and bypass hefty U.S. tariffs.
