FINRA, Ontario Watchdog Seal Cooperation Deal

Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 4:07 PM EST) -- The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Ontario Securities Commission signed an agreement under which they will exchange information on regulated entities that operate across the U.S.-Canadian border, the agencies announced Friday.

FINRA Chairman and CEO Richard Ketchum and OSC Chairman Howard I. Wetston signed the memorandum of understanding in Toronto.
