Key Delaware River Fracking Vote Postponed

Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 4:46 PM EST) -- The Delaware River Basin Commission has postponed a key vote on hydraulic fracturing regulations in the basin, saying Friday that the commissioners need more time to review the proposed rules.

The commission did not say when the meeting, which had been scheduled for Monday, would now be held.
