Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 4:50 PM ET) -- Google Inc. was dismissed Friday from a Xerox Corp. lawsuit in Delaware over Internet search-related patents, a development that follows Google unit YouTube LLC's exit from the litigation in July and leaves Yahoo Inc. as the sole remaining defendant.
Xerox and Google told the court that they had agreed to the dismissal of all of the claims and counterclaims between them in the lawsuit in a stipulation dated Nov. 11, and U.S. District Judge Leonard P. Stark gave the stipulation his blessing on Friday.
