Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 4:59 PM ET) -- Energy software solutions provider Wellogix Inc. sued SAP AG's American arm Friday in Texas federal court, accusing the software giant of using a development and marketing agreement with Wellogix to steal trade secrets and elbow Wellogix out of future software deals.
