Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 7:30 PM ET) -- Brandywine Communications Technologies LLC slapped Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and ShoreTel Inc. with lawsuits in Florida federal court on Friday, accusing the companies of infringing its patent for a small office network communications control device.
The lawsuits claim that Samsung's Office Serv 7100 and Office Serv 7200 and ShoreTel's IP phone system products, including its ShoreTel Core Software, infringe Brandywine's patent.
