Law360, Washington (November 21, 2011, 3:45 PM ET) -- Kimberly-Clark Worldwide Inc. asked the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this month to review a Federal Circuit decision overturning a preliminary injunction against First Quality Baby Products LLC in its patent infringement suit over diaper products.
According to a Nov. 10 petition for a writ of certiorari filed in the high court, the paper products maker is challenging the appeals court's decision regarding the patent-specific standard for preliminary injunctions.
