Amid allegations of improper commingling of customer accounts and rumors of misbegotten proprietary Eurobond trades, two unregulated entities — MF Global Finance USA Inc. and MF Global Holdings Ltd. (the Unregulated Debtors) — filed voluntary bankruptcy petitions on Oct. 31, 2011.
