Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 5:29 PM ET) -- Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP announced Monday that the firm is continuing to expand its intellectual property practice by opening a new eight-lawyer office in the heart of California's technology sector, Silicon Valley.
The office will be led by Douglas E. Lumish, chair of Kasowitz' intellectual property group and a recent transplant from Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP.
