Construction Co. Owner, 6 Others Deny Billing Scam

Law360, Chicago (November 21, 2011, 6:45 PM ET) -- The majority owner of defunct general contractor Krahl Construction and six others pled not guilty Monday in Illinois federal court to taking part in a sham billing and kickback scheme that allegedly cost two Krahl clients nearly $10 million.
