Orbitz Exits American's Ticket-Booking Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 6:56 PM ET) -- A Texas federal court on Monday dismissed Orbitz Worldwide LLC from American Airlines Inc.'s antitrust lawsuit claiming it was the victim of a plot to keep it from the airline booking business, in a sealed ruling that drew victory cries from the remaining defendants and the airline.
