NBA Players' Antitrust Actions Consolidated In Minn.

Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 10:53 PM EST) -- NBA players suing the association over alleged antitrust violations consolidated their two class actions on Monday, withdrawing their complaint from a California federal court and adding the names that were on it to the Minnesota case.

Players Carmelo Anthony, Chauncey Billups, Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard and Leon Powe voluntarily ended their California action without prejudice and joined the Minnesota action, according to court documents.
