Adult Film Co. Loses Atty Fee Bid In 'Dolce Vita' Suit

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 6:27 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge refused Monday to award Lucas Entertainment Inc. attorneys' fees against International Media Films Inc. despite the adult film company's claims that IMF acted in bad faith in suing over the rights to the movie "La Dolce Vita," which it did not own.
