Law360, San Diego (November 22, 2011, 10:05 PM ET) -- An Alabama federal judge on Tuesday conditionally certified part of a class of current and former Walgreens Health Initiatives Inc. customer service representatives in a case alleging the company failed to pay them for all hours worked.
