Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 8:15 PM EST) -- A champion featherweight pro boxer on Tuesday sued flamboyant fight promoter Don King for allegedly duping him into a contract that left him unfairly sidelined.

Elio Rojas, a Dominican Republican-born boxer with a World Boxing Council championship title to his name, claims his promoting contract prohibits him from fighting for anyone else, but puts no formal requirements on his promoter, King's Don King Productions Inc.
