Sirius Antitrust Deal Objectors Off Hook For Appeal Bond

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 9:30 PM ET) -- A federal judge ruled Tuesday that even though objecting class members are unlikely to succeed in appealing the $180 million deal that resolved an antitrust suit over the merger that created Sirius XM Radio Inc., they should not be required to post a $200,000 bond.
