Judge OKs Kinder Morgan Deal In Water Pollution MDL

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 2:34 PM ET) -- Unswayed by Shell Oil Co.'s objections, a New York federal judge on Tuesday greenlighted a settlement between Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP and the City of Merced Redevelopment Agency in multidistrict litigation over groundwater contamination from methyl tertiary-butyl ether.
