Sutter Health Hit With Data Theft Class Action

Law360, Washington (November 23, 2011, 6:09 PM ET) -- Sutter Health was slapped with a class action Monday in California state court alleging the health care provider was negligent in failing to both safeguard patients' electronic data and promptly notify them after a computer containing 4 million patients' records was stolen.
