Security Co. Slams Protest Over $166M USMS Contract

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 7:21 PM EST) -- Metropolitan Security Services Inc., known as Walden Security, asked the U.S. Court of Federal Claims last month to reject a challenge to its $166 million U.S. Marshals Service contract to provide security for the Fourth Circuit, saying that the contract solicitation process was fair.
