Law360, San Diego (November 23, 2011, 5:27 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday reduced a nearly $940,000 award in costs that Synopsys Inc. received after a lower court found in a long-running dispute that its software did not infringe Ricoh Co. Ltd.’s patent for the design of integrated circuits.
