Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 6:04 PM ET) -- Two ex-Kaplan University employees on Monday failed in their bid to revive claims in a False Claims Act suit in Florida accusing Kaplan of fraudulently obtaining billions of dollars in federal funds by lying about its compliance with the Higher Education Act.
