AT&T Presses 9th Circ. To Revive LCD Price-Fixing Claims

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 5:37 PM ET) -- AT&T Corp. and affiliates urged the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday to reverse a lower court's dismissal of part of their suit in multidistrict litigation that accuses Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and others of fixing the price of liquid crystal display screens.
