Human Rights Watch Inks Empire State Building Expansion

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 5:09 PM EST) -- Human Rights Watch, the international advocacy group, has renewed and expanded its space at the Empire State Building, the building's landlord, W&H Properties, announced Wednesday.

The organization, which advocates for human rights worldwide, added 24,299 square feet to its existing lease of 45,783 square feet, expanding its presence on the 33rd, 34th and 35th floors of the iconic building to more than 70,000 square feet.
