Pool Product Co. Unfairly Monopolized Market: Suit

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 6:23 PM ET) -- Pool products distributor Pool Corp. on Wednesday was hit with a putative class action in Louisiana federal court claiming it unfairly monopolized the pool products distribution market, two days after the company settled federal allegations that it had engaged in anti-competitive tactics.
