Groupon Doesn't Infringe Rival's Patents: Judge

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 7:05 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge on Wednesday ruled that Groupon Inc.'s deal website does not infringe rival group buying company eWinWin Inc.'s technology patents.

U.S. District Judge Susan C. Bucklew granted summary judgment of noninfringement to Groupon, holding that the company had not violated any of the three patents asserted by eWinWin.
