EPA Beats Challenge To Pesticide Rotenone’s Registration

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 1:57 PM EST) -- An Arizona federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a lawsuit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over its reregistration of the pesticide rotenone, after the agency asked him to reconsider his ruling that the dispute belonged in district court.
