Supreme Court Won't Butt Into Tobacco Settlement Case

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 4:44 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected General Tobacco's request that it review a refusal by Arkansas' highest court to stay a dispute over the 1998 master settlement agreement between states and tobacco companies in favor of arbitration.
