Ex-Chrysler Workers’ UAW Suit Stalls In Supreme Court

Law360, Los Angeles (November 28, 2011, 5:19 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear appeals from a group of former Daimler Chrysler Corp. machine repairmen who claimed the United Auto Workers unfairly shifted most of their work to other skilled laborers at an Ohio manufacturing plant.
