Climate Talks Could Put Kyoto Protocol To Rest

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 10:15 PM EST) -- With several key countries declining to support a second phase of emissions reductions under the Kyoto Protocol, delegates to this week’s United Nations summit in Durban, South Africa, are likely to tackle little more than piecemeal measures to address climate change, attorneys say.
