CIT Scraps Ford's Suit Over Car Part Duties

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 10:37 PM EST) -- A Ford Motor Co. suit over import duties on Canadian car parts that the company says it shouldn't have to pay stalled Monday when the U.S. Court of International Trade ruled that a federal regulation Ford cited didn't excuse late filings of required certificates.
