Ex-Thompson Hine Atty Gets 1 Year For Tax Fraud

Law360, San Diego (January 17, 2012, 4:35 PM EST) -- An Ohio federal court on Tuesday sentenced an ex-Thompson Hine LLP senior antitrust and white collar partner to one year and one day in federal prison in a tax evasion case accusing him of making improper deductions of purported business expenses, including payments to private clubs.
