Law360, New York (November 29, 2011, 7:07 PM ET) -- A Florida bankruptcy court on Tuesday greenlit the proposed sale of bankrupt law firm Ruden McClosky PA to sole bidder Greenspoon Marder PA in a move that would give creditors at least $5.8 million.
U.S. District Judge Raymond B. Ray gave the go-ahead to Greenspoon’s bid for Ruden at a sale hearing held Tuesday, Greenspoon's attorney Scott Shuker, of Latham Shuker Eden & Beaudine LLP, told Law360.
