Legal Officers Nudge Up Spending, Eye 2012 Costs: Survey

Law360, New York (November 29, 2011, 4:33 PM EST) -- The number of corporate legal departments relaxing cost-cutting measures this year and spending on outside counsel is ticking up, even as firms indicate they will control costs in 2012, according to Altman Weil Inc.’s annual chief legal officer survey, released Tuesday.
