IP Firm Sues Innovention Over Laser Game Suit Fees

Law360, New York (November 29, 2011, 5:36 PM ET) -- Intellectual property firm Lando & Anastasi LLP on Tuesday hit its former client, board game maker Innovention Toys LLC, with a Massachusetts lawsuit seeking more than $500,000 in unpaid legal fees.

Lando maintains it represented Innovention from 2006 until 2010, covering various patent and trademark matters including a patent lawsuit against MGA Entertainment Inc., Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Toys R Us Inc., according to the complaint.
