JPMorgan, Others Escape Claims They Aided Enron Fraud

Law360, New York (November 29, 2011, 10:45 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday tossed a lawsuit claiming JPMorgan Chase & Co., Credit Suisse First Boston Inc. and other financial firms aided the fraud that led to energy giant Enron Corp.'s collapse and sent its executives to prison.
